Returns: 

DSE Suites will accept returns on unburned damaged candles and/or wrongly received orders within 10 days of receiving the order. Items must be returned in the original packaging to the address provided. A return slip will be provided in such cases. We will email you confirmation once we receive the product in the stated condition and a replacement shall be sent out. Please email dsesuites@gmail.com with your order number and details of the damaged or defective product. 

 

Exchanges:

DSE Suites will process exchanges as store credit. Items should be returned in the original packaging and unused. Please note that exchanges do not include shipping cost.
